Does class of 2025 mean graduating in 2025?

No. You are designated class of year X on the day you join (in year X-4). If you end up graduating sooner or later then X it will be adjusted.

How to get cords for graduation in UMN?

If, at the end of fall semester, you have a minimum GPA of 3.75, youll receive the distinction recognition. If your GPA is 3.9 or higher, youll receive high distinction recognition. Both distinctions receive a special cord to wear at commencement.
