A: A Soldier may qualify for line of duty care if you incur or aggravate an injury, illness, or disease while in the line of duty (performing ADT, IDT, drill weekend, or any other training while on orders). This includes when traveling directly to or from your place of duty.
A: To retrieve a copy of the 20 Year Letter, the service member can log into the vPC Dashboard through myPers - , and clicking on Access the vPC Dashboard. Once in the Dashboard, click on the Action Requests tab, and then click on the Request a 20 Year Letter (Reissue) link.

The Solider must complete the Profile Request Packet (PRP) and submit the properly completed PRP along with the current supporting medical documentation to the AR-MMC mailbox , within 60 days of providers signature.
The process of obtaining a profile is not immediate. The profile is entered into the MND module where it is reviewed and electronically signed by a physician profiling officer. This process may take only a few days or up to a couple of weeks. A permanent profile will take longer because it requires two signatures.
