Evidence of Community and Campus Involvement (ECCI) Form Community or campus involvement activity must be within the last two (2) years and the supervisor must sign it. (A maximum of three [3] forms are permitted.)
The pledge ceremony follows voting on candidates, signing of affirmation cards , approval of Regional Director , and acceptance by the candidate of an official written invitation to affiliate with the Pledge Club.
MEMBERSHIP Intake. Completion of a baccalaureate degree, with at least a C+ cumulative average, or a graduate or professional degree (Ph.D., M.D., J.D., etc.) from an accredited college or university. C+ is equivalent to a 2.50 on a 4.0 scale if the school does not have a plus or minus on the grading scale.
The Sororitys undergraduate Membership Intake Process (MIP) begins when an Official Acceptance Letter is received. THERE WILL BE NO MEMBERSHIP ACTIVITIES BETWEEN RUSH AND RECEIPT OF THIS OFFICIAL LETTER. MIP activities in the name of the Sorority prior to Rush are prohibited.
The Transfer Verification Form is an official Sorority form which documents that an inactive member has met all financial obligations to her former chapter and the Boule. If you are currently active with a chapter or were last year, you need to request a signed Transfer Verification Form from your chapter.
