Johnson Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. (JJPAF) is a non-profit organization that assists patients without adequate financial resources and prescription coverage obtain free products donated by Johnson Johnson operating companies.
Be a US citizen or legal resident. Have a total household income at or below 400% of the federal poverty level. Must be uninsured, or have Medicare. Note: if you have private or commercial insurance, you are not eligible for the PAP.
You may be eligible to receive your Janssen medication(s) free of charge for up to one year if you have been prescribed a Janssen medication included in the program and currently use government, commercial or employer group insurance for your Janssen medication(s).
Patient assistance programs (PAPs) offered by pharmaceutical manufacturers provide eligible patients with access to brand-name medications at little or no cost.
