To schedule a reservation, call the MARTA Mobility Call Center (404) 848-5826; 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM seven days a week. Customer Care Representatives (CCRs) are available to take customer reservations up to seven (7) days in advance.
We welcome all customers on Coach USA and can provide assistance to those with walking difficulties, those who normally use wheelchairs or scooters, and customers with service animals and breathing aids, among others.
MARTA Mobility is our service that provides ADA Complementary Paratransit service to anyone unable to ride or disembark from our regular MARTA transit services. Riders must have a MARTA Mobility Photo ID Breeze Card to be able to request and board our MARTA Mobility buses.
All of our buses are equipped with a wheelchair lift to help you get on board. Each Greyhound bus can fit two passengers sitting in a wheelchair or mobility scooter (we actually remove seats to give you plenty of space).
MARTAs regular bus and rail service is wheelchair accessible and operators make the required ADA announcements to assist the visually impaired.
