To post an immigration bond for an alien being detained by ICE, you must post the bond at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, 26 Federal Plaza, Rm. 9-110, 9th floor New York, NY 10278, Mondays through Fridays (except public holidays) between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

ICE will issue a cancellation notice on a delivery bond if any of the following occur before a bond bdocHub: ICE takes the noncitizen back into its custody. ICE removes the noncitizen from the United States. The noncitizen dies.
