Do nicet certifications expire?
There are two payment options annually, or four years in advance ($210; $240 as of 5/1/24). If fees are NOT received by the due date noted on your invoice, a $10/yr. late fee will apply during the first three years of your certification period. The fee will increase to $20 in the fourth year of your certification.
How many questions are on the BONENT exam?
The examination has a three-hour time limit and consists of 150 multiple-choice questions.

What is the difference between BONENT and CCHt?
NICET certification holders are required to redocHub every three years. In addition to the renewal fee, certificants must attain and document 90 CPD points for each certification subfield area held during the three-year period.
How long is a BONENT certification good for?
You must redocHub every 4 years. Your current certification expiration date is listed on your BONENT certification wallet card. It is also listed on the Annual Certification Fee invoice that is mailed to you each year.
