You must also provide a verifiable Social Security number if you have been assigned one. You may only hold one valid state ID or drivers license at a time.
What are the minimum eyesight requirements to get a drivers license? 20/40 or better in one eye and 20/70 or better in the other eye. 20/40 or better with both eyes tested together.
Drivers must not have visual acuity less than 20/100 through carrier lens in either or both eyes. Drivers with vision correctable to 20/40 or better in one or both eyes pass with no restrictions.
