PACE Program Eligibility Guidelines Be a Pennsylvania resident for at least 90 days. Cannot be receiving Medicaid prescription benefits. For a single person, the total income must be $14,500 or less. For a married couple, the combined total income must be $17,700 or less.
There are no financial requirements for PACE. However, the program is fully covered for Medicaid beneficiaries. In most states in 2024, the individual asset limit for Medicaid for individuals is $2,000 and the individual income limit is $2,829/month.
There is no charge to apply for PACE but there is a fee to participate. You may cancel your participation for the quarter at any time before making the first payment.
