How do I reset my direct access password?

Go to https://hcm.direct-access.uscg.mil click "Forgot My Password." Enter your User ID and click the Continue button. Note: If your account is not setup, an error message will display. You will need to contact PPC and request a new password.

How do I get my Coast Guard W-2?

Separated or retired members shall complete form CG-2016, W-2 Request Form (/ppc/forms/) to request replacement or duplicate W-2 forms, . Attach the completed form to an e-mail to ppc-dg-customercare@uscg.mil. Replacement W-2 forms will not be available until 15 February.

What is Coast Guard Direct Access?

Direct-Access is a key competent in the U. S. Coast Guard's personnel and pay system. The procedures set forth in the Direct-Access online manual for maintaining personnel data must be followed by all Coast Guard personnel and their supervisors, unit administrative staffs and servicing personnel offices (SPOs).

How do I get my military W-2 online?

If you've separated within 13 months, you can login to your myPay account to get your W2. If you can't access your myPay account, you can submit a tax statement request via askDFAS and we'll mail you a hard copy.

Do I get a W-2 for military retirement?

If you are retired military you should be receiving a Form 1099-R for the retirement income. If you are active military then you should be receiving a W-2 for your income.
