2. Begin by completing all sections on Page 1, including the Roof Plan. Ensure you provide accurate building and contractor information.
3. Submit the completed Notice of Award (NOA) at least 10 days before starting the job via phone, mail, fax, or electronically.
4. Attach a roof drawing that indicates dimensions and all penetrations. This can also be submitted through any of the aforementioned methods.
5. Mail a minimum guarantee fee of $1000.00 or 50% of the total fee as specified.
6. Wait for written acceptance; a Notice of Award Confirmation will be sent to you via fax.
7. Once accepted, proceed with your project and confirm completion by contacting EverGuard through any available method.
8. Mail the remaining balance of your guarantee fee after project completion.
9. Schedule an inspection by calling EverGuard at 1-800-766-3411, option 2.
10. Complete any punch list repairs within 30 days and send photographic documentation along with a signed punch list if required.
