Click ‘Get Form’ to open the nrcc env 03 e in the editor.
Begin by filling out the 'Product Information' section. Enter the CRRC Product ID Number, Manufacturer, Brand, Model, and Product Type based on information from the Cool Roof Rating Council’s website.
Designate the roof slope as either 'less than or equal to 2:12' (≤2:12) or 'greater than 2:12' (>2:12). This is crucial for SRI calculations.
In the 'SRI Calculations' section, indicate if your product’s aged reflectance is listed with CRRC by selecting 'yes' or 'no'. If yes, input the corresponding aged solar reflectance value.
For initial solar reflectance, input the value only if you selected 'no' in step 4. The calculator will automatically compute the calculated aged solar reflectance once you hit enter.
Input the thermal emittance value obtained from CRRC. Ensure this is a decimal between 0 and 1.
Finally, review your entries in the 'Results' section. The Solar Reflectance Index will be calculated automatically based on your inputs.
