Do you need parental consent for lash extensions?

We require parental consent for any client under the age of 18. This minimum age and parental consent policy is in place to ensure that both the teen and their parent are fully informed and comfortable with the service. This is an important step for any reputable salon.

Can I make my own consent form?

NovaLash adhesives are the only lash extension adhesives on the market that are proven to be formaldehyde-FREE as manufactured, packed, and delivered.

Can you get lash extensions under 18?

Most lash salons require minors to be at least 16 years old with parental consent to receive eyelash extensions. You should ask the salons minor policy before booking an appointment if youre 14 years old.

Does NovaLash glue have formaldehyde?

By default, each practices Library includes a Consent for Services form which users can share with clients through TherapyPortal when document sharing is enabled. The Consent for Services form provides a template (reviewed by our legal team) for use by your practice.
