The 20-meter PACER test, or the FITNESSGRAM PACER Test, is a multi-stage aerobic capacity test that slowly gets more difficult as the test progresses through faster and faster levels. Each level is approximately one minute long. It has 21 levels, and is 247 laps long.
The PACER is a multie stage aerobic capacity test. This is related to your cardiovascular endurance. It is not about how fast you are, but how long you can run. This test can go up to level 21, which is 250 laps.
The 20m test is recommended when possible, but the 15m provides a useful alternative for schools with smaller gymnasiums.
