Provided by City of Vancouver Provides access to basic recreation programs and services for free and at a reduced cost. The Leisure Access Program (LAP) provides City of Vancouver residents with low-income with free and reduced cost programs and services at Park Board facilities.
OneCard is a single card that will provide all Vancouverites with universal access to pools, rinks and fitness centres across the Park Board network and access to the citys community centres. OneCard replaces the current patchwork of over 20 cards, which includes the Flexipass and the Leisure Access Card.
Leisure Access Program members receive a 75% discount on most registered courses. During the year of enrollment, a family member 18 years and younger can get discounts of up to $500. A family member 19 years and older can get discounts of up to $250.
1 free visit per year, followed by unlimited 50% admission discount. To visit the Vancouver Aquarium under the Leisure Access Program (LAP) rate, you must book your ticket online 72 hours in advance. When you arrive at the Aquarium present your valid LAP card, photo ID, and your ticket for entry.
