A security deposit amount must be paid via Demand Draft in favor of Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation.
The Corporation will not pay any interest on the security deposit made by the applicant.
The offer made by the applicant cannot be revoked before 12 months from the date of submission.
If no plot/shed is offered within 12 months, the applicant is entitled to a full refund of the security deposit.
Failure to make payment for the offered plot/shed within the stipulated period results in a breach and forfeiture of the security deposit.
If an applicant accepts an offer but does not execute an agreement or take possession, they may lose their security deposit and face additional deductions.
