Individuals applying for a Florida nursing license via examination must pay $110 fee and pass the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN Examination to acquire a nursing license.
Where should I send my official transcripts and examination results? For academic records and/or examination results to be considered official, they must be sent directly by the school, exam board, or a school official to Florida State University. A school official can email your academic records to admissions@fsu.edu.
Renewal Instructions: Go to .flhealthsource.gov and click the Renew A License button. Enter your Personal Identifying Information (PII), then click the Login button. Confirm or update your MQA Services Account email address, then click the Continue button.
The Board office is unable to accept emailed, uploaded, or faxed copies of transcripts from the applicant. Transcripts that are sent through a secure electronic service or mailed directly from the program are accepted by the Board. Secure Electronic Transcripts are accepted at: mqa.nursingappstatus@flhealth.gov.
Send Your Final Transcripts to UF UF accepts electronic transcripts through FASTER, Parchment, National Student Clearing House, ScribbleSoft, e-Scrip Safe, Credential Solutions, SCOIR or Transcripts Plus. The email address for electronic transcripts is te@admissions.ufl.edu.
