1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the softball tryout registration form in the editor.
2. Begin by filling out the Player Information section. Enter the Last Name, First Name, and Nickname. Provide the Birthdate in MM/DD/YY format and indicate the School Currently Attending.
3. In the Position Interest field, circle all positions that apply: P, C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, LF, CF, RF. This information helps organize tryouts effectively.
