To dispute a toll, complete the E-ZPass Customer Toll Dispute Form. PA Turnpike E-ZPass customers can also dispute tolls directly within their E-ZPass Accounts. Toll disputes must be submitted within 45 days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted without proper documentation will not be processed.
Past due invoices include a late fee of either $5 or the equivalent of 1.5% of the total amount owed, whichever is higher. Invoices that remain unpaid after 60 days will be sent to a collections agency. Maintaining unpaid tolls could risk suspension of a vehicle registration.
