Under no circumstances will the visit be denied by staff unless the visitor decided voluntarily to decline the visit. Only the Operations Lieutenant or the IDO will notify a visitor of the denial of their request to visit.
Appeal to. Regional. Office. If an inmates request is not rejected at the institution but the inmate is not satisfied with the Wardens response, the inmate may file a Regional Administrative Remedy Appeal (BP-10) within 20 calendar days of the Wardens response.
