How do I report hours to ASHA?

Submit Online Once you have completed all 30 PDHs for your current interval, including professional development requirements for the areas of ethics and CC/DEI, you can quickly and easily submit your Compliance Form online. Login to the My Account section of the ASHA website.

How many hours for CF ASHA?

The CF experience is a minimum of 36 weeks of full-time clinical work, totaling no less than 1,260 hours. Confirm your mentor will complete the minimum hours of direct and indirect observation. Review the CFSI form to make that all skills have been rated and all information is accurate.

How to count CF hours?

Duration of the CF Experience As a Clinical Fellow, you must work at least 36 weeks and 1,260 hours to meet the ASHA CF experience requirement. In addition, you must work at least 5 hours per week to be able to count the hours/week toward the minimum requirement.

How to report CF hours to ASHA?

The Clinical Fellow should enter the CF experience on their online application. Mentors then should verify the hours and enter the Clinical Fellows scores online. Mentors and Clinical Fellows should not submit paper copies to ASHA but, rather, should keep them for their own records.
