If you have already created an account, Log on to your account, from the Quick Start Menu under Its Time to Renew click on Select next to your RDA number and proceed through the online renewal application.
INSTRUCTIONS: You may renew your dental license within 45 days of your expiration date. Make your check or money order payable to TSBDE. Processing may take up to two weeks, please ensure you have completed all the minimum requirements prior to submitting your renewal application. All fields are required.
Print E-Certificate Login with User ID (email) and Password. From the Quick Start Menu under, Manage your license information you will need to Choose Application. Select from the drop down menu, Print License Certificate and then click on SELECT and then print.
