1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the Solidifi Appraisal Appeal Form in the editor.
2. Begin by filling out the 'Appraisal Order Information' section. Enter the Loan Number, Solidifi Order Number, Borrower’s Name, and Subject Property Address along with City, State, and Zip Code.
3. Next, provide details for the Lender including Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-Mail Address.
4. In the 'Appraisal Appeal Purpose' section, select the reason for your appeal. If correcting factual errors or requesting a value appeal, ensure you describe your reasoning clearly.
5. For a value appeal, list a minimum of three closed comparable sales. Fill out all required information for each sale including Address, City/State/Zip Code, MLS and/or Parcel #, and Comments explaining why each sale is superior to those used in the original appraisal.
6. Once completed, submit your appeal request by emailing the form to msfhome@solidifi.com.
