To get a PA Drivers License, surrender your out-of-state license. It must be valid or expired for six months or less. Then, pass a vision test and fill out Form DL-180R. Provide proof of identity, residency, and your Social Security card.
PA has reciprocal tax agreements with Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia. Under these agreements, one state will not tax a resident of the other state on compensation subject to employer withholding.
