To start a Housing Pathways application, visit .facs.nsw.gov.au/housing and click Apply for Housing Assistance, or call 1800 422 322 if you need some help.
HOW DO I APPLY? If you are interested in applying for public housing, contact your local HA. If you have trouble contacting the HA, contact the local HUD Field Office.
To submit the CHAMP application, fill out the form either online via the CHAMP website or print the PDF to mail it. If mailing, ensure it is sent to your local housing authority as listed on their contact listing. Include all required documents and double-check your application before final submission.
Call the Housing Authority at 202.535. 1500 and ask to have an application mailed to you; or. Visit the Client Placement Division at the DC Housing Authority at 1133 North Capitol Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002.
