No Household Garbage. No Construction or Demolition Debris. No Automobile Parts or Tires. No Dirt, Soil or Sod. No Electronics. No Roofing Materials or Shingles. No Paints or Chemicals. No appliances containing coolant, gas, other chemicals.
No person shall knowingly dispose of the following solid wastes in landfills: Used oil. Yard trash, except in landfills approved for the disposal of yard trash under rules adopted by the Commission. White goods. Antifreeze (ethylene glycol). Aluminum cans. Whole scrap tires, as provided in G.S. 130A-309.58(b).
Bagged garbage should be contained in the roll cart, there should be no bags on top of the roll cart or on the side of the roll cart. Your roll cart must be placed at the curb in front of your residence (or in approved alleyways) by 7 a.m. the morning of your collection day (no earlier than 6 p.m. the evening before).
