How does HART warranty work?

HART offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of hand tools for the duration of the products usable life against defects in material, manufacturing, and workmanship. This limited warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original product obtained at the time of purchase.

Can I claim my HART warranty without a receipt?

If you need to make a warranty claim, its important that you have your receipt on-hand. Without a valid receipt of purchase, we will not be able to process your claim. Please make sure you keep your receipt safe and accessible.

How to claim under warranty?

All HART tool warranty work must be performed by an authorized Service Center. To validate your coverage, you must present a proof of purchase, the product and any defective parts that fall within the warranty period. In addition, you may be required to make a refundable deposit.
