Grants of $500$3,000 provide immediate relief that helps students continue their studies and stay engaged in their pursuit of justice.
Institutions identify students in need and make awards of up to $2,500. Just-in-time financial assistance for students at risk of dropping out of college due to a financial hardship, like medical bills, car repair, a trip home to help an ailing parent, etc.
National University has distributed Emergency Financial Aid Grants to 734 students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act in the amount of $1,000 for each. Students must be Title IV eligible and meet the eligibility criteria apply.
Emergency grants are available for the purpose of providing quick response emergency grants to students in good standing with short-term financial emergencies, to enable them to remain in school, rather than being forced to take a leave of absence or drop out.
