Can I transfer that score to Virginia? Yes. An applicant can use or transfer an MBE scaled score of 133 or greater, taken within 3 years prior to the date of the exam applied for, from either a previous bar exam taken in Virginia or from a jurisdiction other than Virginia.

Can you transfer your MBE score to New York?

The New York bar examiners will not accept the transfer of MBE scores received through a previous administration of the MBE in another jurisdiction. You can request that the National Conference of Bar Examiners transfer a concurrent MBE score to the New York bar examiners.

What is MBE score advisory?

The MBE Score Advisory is designed to let you know if your score meets or exceeds one of the following scaled score values: 133, 145, or 150. This advisory is solely for your personal use, does not include your actual score, and is not shared with jurisdictions for transfer purposes.

How long do I have to transfer my MBE score to Florida?

The passing MBE score for the Florida Bar is 136. The transferred score must be achieved within 25 months of passing Part A of the Florida Bar Exam and the MPRE. For the February Bar exam, the previous MBE score must be received by January 15th to be exempt from taking the MBE portion.
