Log in to the Student Hub, select My CU Account, then the Student Centre. Request an attestation letter to show your student status. Select Attestation Letters. The Attestation Letter Request page appears. Select the appropriate Academic Career (Continuing Education, Graduate, Undergraduate).
Alumni can request a letter confirming their credential by emailing students@concordia.ca. A $25 (CAD) fee applies. If there is an outstanding balance on your account, it is not possible to place this request until the balance is fully paid.
If only a student record (unofficial transcript) is required, one can be obtained at the Birks Student Service Centre or by faxing a signed request to the Office of the Registrar at 514-848-2621. Students are also able to access their student record online.
