Can employees access payslips on BrightPay?

BrightPay Connect provides a web-based portal where employees can view/ download their payslips and other payroll documents, view their calendar, request annual leave and view/ edit their personal details.

How do I access my payslips on BrightPay?

Payslips are automatically available on the secure employee portal once the payroll is finalised. Employees will receive an email notifying them when their payslip is ready to view or download. Managers can select a date when they want the payslip to be visible on the employee portal.

How do I log into BrightPay?

Go to Click sign up to create your Bright ID. Please note, if you have already signed up for BrightPay Connect, you can use the same credentials to sign in here. If this is the case, please skip to step 3. To login to your account, enter your email address and password.

What is my BrightPay password?

To start processing your payroll go to the Payroll tab on the menu bar. Use the blue bars to select which pay period you wish to start the process. Your employees will be listed in a summary view. To edit a particular employees pay simply click on the employees name.
