How do I move BrightPay to the new year?

Thus, to move your payroll on to a new tax year, simply download the new tax year version of BrightPay that is available on our website here. Once downloaded, this will separately to your previous years software and you will see a new BrightPay icon appear on your desktop.

What is BrightPay used for?

BrightPay (desktop) includes payroll journal API integration with several accounting packages, including Xero, Sage Business Cloud Accounting, QuickBooks Online and many more. This allows users to send the payroll journal directly to their bookkeeping software from within BrightPay.

How do I download BrightPay?

To BrightPay, simply select Download/Upgrade under the Download menu on the BrightPay website or click here. Click on the designated Download button for the version you require.

How does BrightPay work?

With BrightPay Connect, employers have access to an online employer dashboard where they can view payslips, run payroll reports and manage employee leave. Payroll bureaus can request payroll data from their clients through the secure portal, seamlessly synchronising back to the payroll software.

How do I see my payslips on BrightPay?

Payslips are automatically available on the secure employee portal once the payroll is finalised. Employees will receive an email notifying them when their payslip is ready to view or download. Managers can select a date when they want the payslip to be visible on the employee portal.
