- Begin by entering your Artist’s Name, Email, Phone, and Mailing Address in the designated fields. Ensure all information is accurate to avoid any issues with your submission.
- Prepare your five digital images of drawings. Each image should be scanned at 1240 pixels in the longest direction and saved as a JPEG file. Name each file using the format: LastNameFirstNameX.jpg, where X corresponds to the image number.
- In the form, fill out the details for each drawing: Title, Date, Media used, and Dimensions (height x width x depth) for JPEG #1 through JPEG #5.
- Once completed, review all entries for accuracy. Incomplete submissions will be rejected. Save your form and images.
- Email your completed entry form along with the five images to abbottj@unm.edu before the deadline on November 19 at 5:00 PM.
