1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open it in the editor.
2. Begin by entering your Artist’s Name, Email, Phone, and Mailing Address in the designated fields. Ensure all information is accurate to avoid any issues with your submission.
3. Prepare your five digital images of drawings. Each image should be scanned at 1240 pixels in the longest direction and saved as a JPEG file. Name each file using the format: LastNameFirstNameX.jpg, where X corresponds to the image number.
4. In the form, fill out the details for each drawing: Title, Date, Media used, and Dimensions (height x width x depth) for JPEG #1 through JPEG #5.
5. Once completed, review all entries for accuracy. Incomplete submissions will be rejected. Save your form and images.
6. Email your completed entry form along with the five images to abbottj@unm.edu before the deadline on November 19 at 5:00 PM.
