Form: Override Authorization 2026

1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the Override Authorization form in the editor.
2. Begin by entering your Student Information. Fill in your name, academic career (Undergraduate or Graduate), and student identification number.
3. In the Class Info section, provide the class number, subject, catalog number, section, and the number of units for the course you wish to enroll in.
4. If the class is full, check the box to add yourself to the waitlist and ensure you enter a permission number if required.
5. For each category of override needed (Class Limit, Requisites, etc.), obtain an authorizing signature and stamp from your academic department before submission.
6. Finally, review all entries for accuracy and completeness before submitting it to the Registrar’s Office for processing.
