What the order does. You can apply to the Magistrates Court for a peace and good behaviour order that requires the named individual to keep the peace and be of good behaviour towards you. The order can remain in force for a specified time period or as the court sees fit.
Conditions of an order If the court has made a protection order (or DVO) against you, it has conditions you must follow. It requires you to be of good behaviour and not commit domestic violence against the aggrieved or any other person named on the order.

Choosing a good driving behaviour period Your good driving behaviour period will start from the date you select, which must be by the choice date. If you get 2 or more demerit points for offences committed during your good driving behaviour period, your licence will be suspended for 6 months.
