1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the iris ifle in the editor.
2. Begin by filling out the Program, Institution, Project, Award #, Project Director, and World Area fields. Ensure all required fields are completed accurately.
3. Navigate to the Orientation Evaluation section. Rate each question on a scale from excellent to very poor and provide comments where necessary.
4. Proceed to the In-Country Experience Evaluation. Again, rate each aspect of your experience and add any relevant comments.
5. For Outreach Activities, click 'Add an Outreach Activity' to enter details about your outreach efforts related to the program.
6. Once all sections are filled out, go to the View/Submit Report screen. Review your entries for accuracy and make any necessary changes before final submission.
7. If everything looks good, click the Submit Report button at the bottom of the page. Remember that once submitted, you cannot make further changes.
