An IIPP is a basic safety program tailored to your agency and designed to keep em- ployees safe at work. It includes a written plan outlining safety practices, proce- dures, and resources available to all employees, and it must comply with Cal/OSHAs IIPP requirements (8 CCR 3203).
Workplace hazard identification, accident reporting, emergency response, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and employee rights/responsibilities. How often does Injury Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP) Training need to be conducted? Initial training for new hires. Refresher training at least annually thereafter.
