2. Begin by entering the Candidate’s Personal Information. Fill in your name, address, city, state, zip code, email, crew number, district, and council name in the designated fields.
3. For the Tenure section, document your registered tenure as a Venturing crew Advisor. Provide dates for at least three periods of service within a five-year span.
4. In the Training section, check off completed training requirements. Ensure you have basic training and have attended necessary meetings or events.
5. Complete the Performance section by checking off achievements such as reaching Silver level in Journey to Excellence and participating in additional training events.
6. Finally, ensure that all required approvals are signed and dated by the Crew Committee Chair and District or Council Training Committee Chair.
