1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the Daily Production Log in the editor.
2. Begin with Part I, the Hourly Chemical Dosage Log. Fill in the Water Point/ROWPU No., Date, and Time On. Ensure you accurately log the NCO in Charge's name.
3. For each chemical listed (Citric Acid, Sodium Hex, Chlorine, Polymer), input the corresponding Knob Setting and Charge (in lbs or ml) as required. Pay attention to pH Raw and Chlorine Residual values.
4. In the Remarks section, note any observations or issues encountered during operations. Finally, ensure that the NCO in Charge signs off when completed.
5. Proceed to Part II, Gauge and Indicator Log. Again, fill out Water Point/ROWPU No., Shift No., Date, and Times On/Off for accurate tracking.
6. Record all relevant flow rates and pressures for Reverse Osmosis systems and other filters. Document total hours operated along with fuel usage details.
