Child Custody and Visitation (Parenting Time) Order Attachment (FL-341) States the courts decisions (orders) after a hearing about child custody and visitation (parenting time) plans that are in the childs best interest. This can be used as an attachment to many other forms, as noted at the top of form FL-341.
FL30 would actually be 3,000 feet. FL300 is 30,000 feet. FL030 is technically incorrect. In the US, at least, since flight levels are only used above the transition altitude of 18,000 feet at 29.92inHg, any pilot or ATC hearing FL030 would assume it meant 30,000 feet at 29.92inHg.
Family Code section 3153 states that the court will order payment of reasonable fees to minors counsel by the parties or by the county. Whether or not the parties will have to pay for minors counsel depends on the financial status of the parties.
The court must appoint an attorney to represent the child. A parent can request an attorney be appointed or if both parents are in agreement, they can enter into a stipulation for Minors Counsel to be appointed. However, only the Judge can actually appoint Minors Counsel.
