1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the ahs contractor portal in the editor.
2. Sign in to your account at www.ahs.com/contractor and navigate to the 'In Progress Dispatches' tab.
3. Select the dispatch you wish to work on and click 'Request Authorization' next to the item needing authorization.
4. On the SmartAutho page, review the basic dispatch details and click 'Next' if everything is correct.
5. For each item, complete all required fields that appear based on your selection, then click 'Next'.
6. Enter applicable labor-to-date costs and part information in the 'Parts & Labor' section, then select 'Next'.
7. In the final step, provide an estimated completion date, indicate if a phone call is needed, and select an email for confirmation before clicking 'Submit'.
