How to become a Canine Good Citizen evaluator?

CGC: Become a CGC Evaluator Make sure you meet the minimum qualifications before starting the application process. Must be at least 18 years of age. Have at least 2 years of experience working with owners and their dogs. Have experience working with a variety of breeds and sizes of dogs.

How much does it cost to become a CGC evaluator?

If you meet the basic qualifications, you can submit the AKC CGC Approved Evaluator application and $120 application fee. If you have any questions on the application, drop us a note at cgc@akc.org. Once your application is approved, you will receive your AKC CGC Approved Evaluator packet!

How long does it take to become a CGC evaluator?
