NOTE: Homeowners are only permitted by law to perform electrical work in the one-family dwelling that they occupy (or will occupy upon completion of construction). Homeowners are not allowed to perform electrical work in two-family dwellings, multifamily dwellings, non-dwellings or in any other type of occupancy.
