Collector plates are available for vehicles that are 20 years or older and if the body hasnt been altered from the original vehicle. Vehicles that have been altered might be eligible for a hobbyist plate, which also include replica, reconstructed or homemade vehicles. Both types of plates cant be personalized.
All motor vehicles 20 years or older that the body has not been altered from the original vehicle.
Collector plates are granted in some cases for vehicles that are exceptionally rare and/or special, regardless of age.
