Parking permits for students, faculty, staff and visitors are required for Frisco Landing. Parking permits are not required at Inspire Park at this time, but will be required starting in Fall 2025. Student, faculty and staff permits are $100 for the entire year, mid-August to mid-August.
Paid parking is not in effect on Sundays in the City of Seattle and most time limits are enforced Monday-Saturday except for Holidays. Note the restrictions posted on the block where you park. An exception to no regulations on Sunday are free time limits posted along the Seattle Waterfront and in Pioneer Square.
Accepted Forms of payment at Western Parking gates Amex, MasterCard and Visa. Customers utilizing visitor parking spaces are expected to have an acceptable method of payment. Customers wishing to pay by coin should use the Pay and Display machines located across campus.
If you are visiting UNF, there are two options: $5 or $2 visitor permits. These permits can be purchased from the Flowbird app or the Pay-by-Plate kiosks. To view the Pay-by-Plate Map for locations, units will accept debit or charge cards.

Except when event rates are in effect, campus parking is complimentary in unrestricted lots and non-gated facilities from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. on weekdays, from noon on Saturdays until 6 a.m. on Monday and on University holidays. For more information visit the Visitor parking page.
About 20 parking lots on campus allow free parking from 4:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. These are the green lots located on the campus parking map. A complete list of lots and their hours of control can be found on the lot locations and hours page.
Free parking begins at noon on Saturdays and ends at 7am on Mondays except where noted. It is the drivers responsibility to abide by all parking lot signs and posted limitations.
