You dont! Unless things have changed recently. The cat/kitten has to be registered by the breeder, as they have all the cats ancestry details. Mine have papers that show the last 6 generations, the breeder asked me for the kittens name for the paperwork.
A pedigree with the full name of the cat signed by the cats breeder to include all of the following: 3 full generations of ancestors, the name of each cat, the registration number, the color, the pattern, and it must all be in English using TICA terminology.
