5. If applicable, complete the Newborn Information section for OB admissions. Fill in details such as Sex, Date of Birth, First Name, Delivery Type (select from Vaginal or C-Section), Bed Type (Regular Nursery or Special Care Nursery/NICU), Last Name, MI, and Attending Pediatrician.
