Be pursuing an associates or bachelors degree. Attend school full time. Earn $125,000 or less (household federal adjusted gross income) Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) application.
The City University of New York (CUNY) fee waivers may be available to students who are current CUNY students, current NYS High School students, students facing hardship or veterans and spouses of veterans.
Institutional Waivers: Some colleges have programs that waive tuition for certain groups, such as veterans, dependents of employees, or students from low-income families. State-Specific Waivers: Check if your state offers tuition waivers for residents, such as for foster youth or students pursuing specific degrees.
