Quel formulaire pour obtenir lautorisation TAV ?

Pour demander lAgrment TAV dlivr par le Ministre de lAgriculture, il est ncessaire de remplir le Cerfa n 15713*01 et de lenvoyer la Direction dpartementale en charge de la protection des populations, le dpartement concern tant celui dans lequel le demandeur est domicili.

Comment obtenir un Captav ?

Pour obtenir le CAPTAV, le convoyeur doit suivre une formation CAPTAV dlivre par un organisme habilit par le ministre de lAgriculture, ou tre titulaire dun diplme, titre ou certificat donnant lquivalence*.

Quel permis pour transporter des animaux ?

Dans le cadre de lautorisation de type 2 (voyage de plus 8 heures), un agrment de chaque vhicule (valable 5 ans) est galement ncessaire. Il est dlivr par la Direction dpartementale de la protection des populations.
