The BC Human Rights Tribunal (the tribunal) is responsible for dealing with human rights complaints made under the BC Human Rights Code. The tribunal is where you can make a complaint that someone has discriminated against you under the Code.
The HRTO resolves claims of discrimination and harassment brought under the Human Rights Code, a law that protects people in Ontario from discrimination and harassment in five areas: employment. accommodation (housing) goods, services and facilities.
