Every active State Bar of Texas member must complete a minimum of 15 hours of accredited CLE during each MCLE compliance year. 3 of these hours, including 1 hour of legal ethics, could be in self study.
An active member of the North Carolina State Bar who does not qualify for an exemption must take 12 hours of approved CLE during each calendar year. Of the 12 CLE hours, at least two must be devoted to the area of professional responsibility (ethics) or professionalism.
Requirements: California Registered Paralegals are required to complete 4 hours of mandatory continuing legal education in legal ethics and 4 hours of mandatory continuing legal education in either general law or in an area of specialized law every two years.
Form 6 is to be used by Sponsors presenting a CLE activity in Ohio. You must file this form at least 60 days prior to presentation for Commission approval of a CLE activity. The application for accreditation shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee of $25.00 (Regulation 405).
